Actively contribute to strategic projects within the Talent Management & Organizational Development team by providing expert advisory support and operational execution
Facilitate workshops and leadership development programs
Stay current on best practices in leadership development, coaching, and succession planning
Provide active support to our Employee Forums in planning and executing their initiatives while ensuring alignment with executive champions
Perform any other related tasks to support the team’s activities and priorities
Co-lead the annual succession planning cycle by supporting key stakeholders in deploying the program and monitoring action plans
Work closely with HR Business Partners to support talent movements, mobility, and leadership transitions
Connect current and future business needs by leveraging advanced HR data to anticipate short-, medium-, and long term workforce requirements
Design and facilitate leadership development programs for emerging to executive leaders to ensure a strong leadership pipeline for the future
Ensure alignment between leadership development initiatives, succession needs, and the organization’s strategic objectives
Develop and implement targeted development strategies to accelerate the readiness of identified talent and support internal mobility and leadership transitions
Build strong partnerships with top academic institutions to offer customized educational programs for organizational leaders
Implement internal and external coaching frameworks to support the growth of employees and leaders
Lead and facilitate team building initiatives to align roles, optimize collaboration, and support smooth transitions toward unified operational structures
Lead the analysis, review, and synthesis of assessment results, including overseeing the creation of detailed reports and actionable insights to inform and shape leadership development programs in collaboration with our vendors
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
12–15 years of experience in leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and/or organizational development
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and evaluating high impact leadership development programs
Skilled at facilitating leadership development workshops and learning journeys, navigating between roles such as facilitator, subject matter expert, and coach
Can lead the analysis, review, and synthesis of psychometric evaluation results, including supervising the creation of detailed and actionable reports
Certified professional coach—or in the process of becoming one—and bring experience coaching leaders at all levels as well as teams
Strong affinity for HR data and demonstrate high proficiency with HR technologies and tools
Exceptional collaborator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously in an organized, structured manner with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to interact with vendors, clients, and colleagues
