Job Description

As a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, the Senior Advisor Strategic Workforce Planning & Data Analytics plays a key role in designing and implementing data-driven and AI-enabled workforce strategies. This position combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and technological proficiency to anticipate talent needs, optimize organizational structure, and support high-level decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and enhance workforce planning models to support long-term talent strategy, including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and workforce segmentation
  • Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of business changes such as restructuring, growth, or transformation initiatives
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) providing visibility into key workforce metrics such as attrition, hiring, mobility, and diversity
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to anticipate workforce trends, identify skill gaps, and support proactive talent and succession strategies
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to integrate multiple data sources (e.g., SAP) into a cohesive analytics framework
  • Drive automation and scalability of reporting processes
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions on workforce investments, hiring strategies, and organizational changes
  • Analyze external labor market trends, competitor benchmarks, and economic indicators to contextualize internal data and inform strategic workforce decisions
  • Strengthen workforce planning capabilities across HR and business teams by delivering training, tools, and guidance to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards, while maintaining clear documentation of metrics, definitions, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Advanced HR Analytics and Programming, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, Advanced HR analytics, or strategic HR roles
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visuals), Excel (advanced formulas, macros, Power Query), and Power Apps (workflow automation, app development)
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data governance
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data integration tools (e.g., SQL, Azure, APIs) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
