Job Description:

Bombardier’s Strategic Talent Sourcing and Intelligence team is a specialized function within the TA organization that leads targeted sourcing initiatives and delivers talent insights to help business teams make informed hiring decisions. This business-facing role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hands-on talent sourcing, conducting market research, and generating meaningful talent intelligence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and business critical senior roles
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define success profiles and design tailored/customized search strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring decisions, trade offs, and timelines, managing confidential and high stakes searches with discretion
  • Strengthen Bombardier’s internal talent sourcing capability by coaching TA Advisors on innovative sourcing techniques and leading knowledge sharing sessions
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using the ATS (Success Factors) CRM(s), and talent sourcing and search platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Collaborate with TA Advisors and Recruitment Marketing to deliver targeted outreach campaigns
  • Lead and support talent nurture initiatives and events
  • Follow standardized sourcing processes and maintain accurate documentation across all systems
  • Conduct in depth market mapping and end to end talent research to deliver insights into talent availability, competitor landscapes, compensation, and hiring trends that inform business strategy and hiring decisions
  • Monitor industry movements and emerging skill trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities for talent planning
  • Build and maintain external intelligence sources, including labor market data, competitor research, professional associations, and social platforms
  • Maintain a repository of talent intelligence and insights to support continuous learning and data driven decision making across the TA organization
  • Gather and analyze data to produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 8 years of hands on experience in end-to-end talent sourcing for specialized and senior level roles
  • Confident presenting talent insights to senior stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Fluency in French is a strong asset
  • Excel at using advanced Boolean search and a wide range of innovative sourcing techniques
  • Strong power user of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and similar talent search and intelligence platforms
  • Specialize in designing creative, personalized outreach strategies and engaging passive talent across a variety of channels
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting business priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Exposure to AI powered sourcing tools and automation technologies (e.g., candidate matching, automated outreach)
  • Work well independently yet thrive in a collaborative environment - partnering effectively across the TA organization and business groups
