Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our Property and Development Advisory team in Perth, leading the delivery of high‑quality urban, property, and development advisory services across a broad portfolio of public and private sector clients. This role will play a key part in shaping strategic outcomes, supporting major planning processes, and contributing to the continued growth of our Advisory practice. You will work closely with senior leaders, multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to deliver impactful, evidence‑based advice that drives value for clients and communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and deliver multidisciplinary advisory projects across planning, property and development
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to scope, schedule, budget and client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong capability delivering advisory services such as feasibility studies, business cases, planning processes, stakeholder engagement and strategic reviews
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
  • A proactive, professional and collaborative approach
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a consultancy environment
