We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor – People Advisory to provide high‑quality HR guidance, coaching and support to leaders and employees across a wide range of people management and employment relations matters. This role plays a key part in building capability, improving culture, and supporting effective people outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Provide accurate, timely advice to leaders and employees on HR policies, processes, and employment matters
Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, awards and employment contracts
Support implementation of HR initiatives, projects and systems
Conduct workplace investigations in line with policy
Coach leaders on performance improvement processes and behavioural issues
