Job Responsibility:
Develop integrated communication plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities supporting a major shift in culture.
Advise senior leaders and Vice Presidents on positioning, messaging, engagement strategies, and executive presence.
Support the development of authentic and compelling narratives aligned with corporate objectives.
Translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
Ensure consistency of messaging across functions and leadership levels.
Oversee the development and submission of award applications.
Proactively identify communication opportunities to drive corporate goals and transformation objectives.
Enhance the visibility and influence of senior leaders through strategic content, thought leadership, and high-profile speaking and engagement opportunities.
Draft and coordinate executive communications including leadership messages, town halls, keynotes, speeches, briefing materials, and strategic updates.
Support CEO communications initiatives, key messages, scripts, and other communications.
