Job Description

Airswift is seeking for a Senior Advisor (Asset Management) to work in Oman. Job Details: Tenure: 12 Months. Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a best-in-class asset management framework across a portfolio of mining, processing, and industrial assets. The role focuses on enhancing asset performance, value creation, governance, reporting, and capital allocation through practical, execution-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in mining, metals, or industrial sectors, with strong exposure to asset or portfolio management, operations, or investment decision-making
  • Proven experience managing multi-asset portfolios, capital allocation, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, governance, and joint venture structures
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Experience working with senior leadership, boards, or investment committees
  • Willingness to be based in Oman (with flexibility as required)
