Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic people initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
  • Partner with business unit leaders to codesign and deliver tailored people solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate People & Development programs to drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide People Advisers to ensure consistent, high quality delivery
  • Contribute to policy development and strategic workforce planning
  • Working flexibly across partnering and specialist teams as priorities shift

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
  • 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with business partnering or a specialist background
  • Experience working in a heavy industry environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams
  • Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset
