Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of strategic people initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
Partner with business unit leaders to codesign and deliver tailored people solutions
Monitor and evaluate People & Development programs to drive continuous improvement
Mentor and guide People Advisers to ensure consistent, high quality delivery
Contribute to policy development and strategic workforce planning
Working flexibly across partnering and specialist teams as priorities shift
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally with business partnering or a specialist background
Experience working in a heavy industry environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workstreams
Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset
