We’re seeking a dynamic and results-obsessed Senior Advertising Account Manager / Client Success Lead to spearhead our most critical agency and advertiser relationships in Spain. You’ll be the strategic linchpin, empowering agencies and brands to achieve performance at scale through our comprehensive, end-to-end service. Job Responsibility
Managing a premium enterprise book of business, leading client relationships with a highly analytical, data-driven, and commercial approach
Proactively identifying new business lines and upselling or cross-selling advanced product features to expand existing accounts and help them reach their maximum potential
Acting as a strategic consultant to ensure clients adopt best practices, analyzing performance data, and creating custom insights to build compelling cases for account growth
Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, from handling initial technical implementations and tracking frameworks to coordinating with internal Ad Ops for flawless launches
Leading impactful, face-to-face quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings with stakeholders ranging from day-to-day agency planners to brand C-level executives
Partnering closely with Sales Managers to smoothly transition new logos into your portfolio, while providing direct marketplace feedback to our Product and Support teams to continuously refine our tools
Requirements
At least 5 years of client-facing experience within digital advertising, online media, or premium ad-tech platforms, with a proven track record of account expansion
At least 8 years of experience within digital advertising, demonstrating strong strategic leadership and advanced commercial negotiation skills
Native or fluent in Spanish with an excellent level of written and spoken English
and Portuguese as a plus
Excellent technological skills and the ability to quickly learn what is needed to support successful campaign implementation and optimization from a technical point of view
You need to be completely comfortable navigating digital architectures, tracking frameworks, and troubleshooting server-to-server/conversion API integrations
Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills with a deep understanding of the ad-tech industry and the media agencies landscape
Strong analytical skills to monitor and identify trends in data and generate actionable insights that support arguments for revenue growth
A willingness to travel for business when connecting with partners across our regional footprint
