Work with state-of-the-art technology—including C++, MATLAB, and real-time embedded systems—developing solutions that push the boundaries of undersea detection and analysis. Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced DSP algorithms and software solutions for undersea sensor systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field (Master’s preferred)
  • At least 8 years of DSP software development experience (or 6+ years with a relevant Master’s)
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming
  • Experience developing and optimizing DSP algorithms for undersea sensor applications
  • MATLAB for algorithm development and simulation
  • Familiarity with DSP hardware platforms and architectures
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded software development
  • Background in submarine or surface ship sonar systems
  • Knowledge of underwater acoustics and sonar systems
  • Familiarity with machine learning/AI as applied to signal processing
