The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Adobe Programmer Analyst to join the team in Plano, TX; Dallas, TX or Englewood, CO. We are seeking a specialist with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), particularly in Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP). The ideal candidate will drive personalization strategies through AEP integrations and support our digital analytics initiatives to enhance customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement AEP solutions that integrate Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Real-time CDP to provide a unified view of customer interactions
  • Lead the integration of AEP with Adobe Target to drive personalized customer experiences based on real-time data insights
  • Utilize Customer Journey Analytics to analyze customer behavior and optimize marketing strategies across various channels
  • Ensure the effective management of customer data within the Adobe Real-time CDP, enabling accurate segmentation and targeting
  • Work closely with User Experience (UX), product teams, and business stakeholders to translate analytics and personalization requirements into actionable solutions
  • Provide support for digital analytics initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of customer engagement metrics
  • Mentor team members on best practices for utilizing Adobe Experience Platform tools and drive quality and maintainability in analytics solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Real-time CDP
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with design, product, analytics, and engineering teams to develop and launch data-driven products or services
  • 5+ years of experience in API development and integration, particularly with Adobe Target and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance standards related to customer data management
  • Experience with client-side technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform or related Adobe certifications
  • Experience with personalization and testing tools, specifically Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
