We’re looking for a Senior Adobe Digital Analytics Analyst to join our team. This role blends strategic digital marketing analytics, advanced data analysis, and hands-on technical implementation. You will work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to design, implement, analyze, and optimize digital measurement solutions across web and mobile platforms, transforming complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze historical traffic trends, search trends, and end-to-end customer journeys across digital channels
  • Develop and maintain benchmarking, trending, and KPI frameworks to support customer experience and business objectives
  • Identify behavioral patterns and performance trends to optimize user engagement and conversion
  • Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support initiatives and stakeholder decision-making
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, segments, and calculated metrics in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Leverage CJA and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to unify cross-channel and cross-device customer data
  • Design and maintain Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas and event structures to support scalable, accurate customer journey analysis
  • Translate business and measurement requirements into XDM-compliant data models
  • Support AEP development and enhancements, including data modeling, schema alignment, dataset configuration, and data quality validation
  • Utilize AEP sandboxes to segregate data across environments
  • Support multi-sandbox governance models
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across Adobe Analytics and CJA reporting
  • Define the design and implementation of digital analytics tracking, tagging, and targeting for web and mobile applications
  • Implement and support data collection using Adobe Web SDK
  • Provide technical requirements, tracking specifications, and implementation guidance to frontend and backend development teams
  • Implement and maintain tags using Adobe Launch (Tags)
  • Partner with engineering teams to validate analytics implementations across environments and releases
  • Ensure analytics implementations meet data quality, privacy, security, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketers, developers, data engineers, and analytics leaders across the organization
  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor, providing clear technical direction and measurement strategies
  • Present insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Assist in documenting best practices, implementation standards, and operational efficiencies within the digital analytics function

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, or Data Science
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including reporting and implementation
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch (Tags), and Adobe Web SDK
  • Experience designing and working with XDM schemas and event-based data models
  • Experience with SQL and strong understanding of data structures and database concepts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
