We have a 6 month contract to hire for a senior-level Adobe Cloud administrator with 5+ years of enterprise experience managing the Adobe Admin Console, including user/group provisioning, product profiles, SSO/SAML, and AD or SCIM integrations. They bring strong IAM and SaaS troubleshooting skills, can operate as both a hands-on practitioner and team lead, and are comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Security, Identity, and Infrastructure teams. Adobe certification and experience scaling governance, access models, and operational processes in large environments are key differentiators. 100% Remote.

Job Responsibility:

  • Forming a new team “CMS Adobe Form”, to enhance the scalability of the AEM platform
  • Manage the Adobe Cloud Admin Console and drive initiatives to align people, process, and integration to mature into provisioning, access and product profiles management
  • Oversee user and group administration, managing identity and access workflows, configuring SSO and directory integrations, and ensuring smooth operations across our Adobe environment
  • Administer all aspects of the Adobe Admin Console, including users, groups, product profiles, user rights, and enterprise configurations
  • Maintain global governance of Adobe administrative settings to ensure efficient and secure platform usage
  • Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning processes
  • Collaborate with other administrators to streamline the user management and integration
  • Generate insights to evaluate the potential improvement areas
  • Review logs as part of audit process
  • Create, maintain, and audit users, groups, and product profiles across Adobe Admin Console
  • Implement group-based access models to streamline licensing and permission assignments
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure proper access control and role-based assignments
  • Configure and maintain SAML integration as part of Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory (AD) Sync with Adobe Admin Console
  • Configure and maintain Directory setup to establish trust with consoles
  • Configure and maintain Domain setup
  • Troubleshoot authentication issues, SAML errors, sync problems, user access, user profile updates
  • Partner with networking, identity, and security teams to resolve issues and ensuring compliance
  • Develop and update documentation for operational processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
  • Provide end?user and help-desk support related to users & access management for Adobe Cloud products
  • Assumes primary responsibility for the application administration team regarding job performance
  • Assists with the budget process regarding system, utility, and application software strategy
  • Investigates, reviews, and recommends new software tools, application platforms, monitoring, and performance enhancement tools and creates a detailed roadmap for the application of those tools
  • Assesses the need for, facilitates the acquisition of, and maintains an inventory of applications, software, and related tools and processes that assist in performing application management including automation
  • Ensures there is an effective system performance problem reporting process that is being followed
  • Performs application administration activities in addition to overseeing team work activities
  • Ensures the efficient and effective use of application administration activities through the development and monitoring of KPIs
  • Reports status and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Develops training and mentoring activities for the application administration team to develop relevant skills and competencies
  • Identifies the need for and develops necessary training for other IT and business areas to understand the overall process and their roles in application administration efforts
  • Acts as a project leader and a subject matter expert on multiple and complex projects
  • Provides oversight into all activities of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing Adobe Admin Console in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of user/group management, product profiles, directory trusts, SAML & AD integrations
  • Hands-on experience with: SSO configuration
  • SCIM provisioning for SaaS applications
  • Identity federation (Federated ID, Enterprise ID)
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, group-based access
  • Ability to interpret SAML, certificates, and authentication failures
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities across SaaS administration
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Networking, Identity, and other business units
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise Adobe Cloud Administration
  • Adobe Certified Professional
