Job Description:

Reporting to the Admission Manager. The Senior Admission Officer is a critical contributor to the client's student recruitment and enrolment initiatives. This role demands a dynamic, sales-driven individual who can effectively manage the daily functions of the Admissions Office, build and nurture relationships with prospective families, and actively drive enrolment through strategic outreach and persuasive communication

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Admission Manager in conducting cost-benefit analyses for marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to optimise recruitment ROI and refine enrolment strategies
  • Generate regular reports on productivity, enrolment trends, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns to inform strategic decision-making
  • Foster strong cross-team collaboration and coordination to leverage collective strengths and drive unified achievement of department KPIs
  • Act as a primary contact for admissions inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Aid in planning, organising, and hosting Open Houses and other admission/marketing events to connect with prospective students and their families
  • Facilitate the reception and on-boarding process for new students and their families

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Preferably demonstrated track record of at least 1 year achieving and exceeding sales KPIs in educational institutions
  • Open to candidates from other industries with a sales background
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals and converting prospects
