This role is a mix between administration, customer service and logistics. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of processes, ensure deadlines are met and collaborate with the wider team.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with clients to arrange deliveries
Update the CRM system accurately and regularly
Conduct regular audits
Manage communication with clients and the technical team
Prepare client reports
Oversee the logistics couriers and the fleet of cars
Assist in developing and maintaining processes and provide training to staff
Engage with the Quality Team to support accreditation and certification efforts
Perform other related tasks as required
Requirements:
Highly organised, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual
Previous senior administration experience
Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
