This role will be central to the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting the wider team and taking on varied responsibilities, including data migration, handling confidential documentation in-line with GDPR.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard
Deliver a professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns in line with agreed performance targets
Use available systems and data effectively to manage records and respond to enquiries
Support data entry, retrieval, and allocation processes, and contribute to risk assessment activities where appropriate
Assist with procedures related to legal or tribunal work, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Contribute flexibly to team objectives, supporting various workstreams as needed and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
Demonstrate the organisation's core values in all interactions with colleagues and customers
Requirements:
Previous office-based administration experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude
Confident relationship builder with great interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a lively office environment
Competent with MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
