Job Description:

Administrator role for a government-appointed authority responsible for quality assurance. The role is central to the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting the wider team with varied responsibilities including data migration and handling confidential documentation in-line with GDPR.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard
Deliver a professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders
Use available systems and data effectively to manage records and respond to enquiries
Support data entry, retrieval, and allocation processes
Contribute to risk assessment activities
Assist with procedures related to legal or tribunal work
Contribute flexibly to team objectives and support various workstreams
Demonstrate the organisation's core values in all interactions

Requirements:

Previous office-based administration experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude
Confident relationship builder with great interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a lively office environment
Competent with MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
