Job Responsibility:
Managing diaries for Directors
Drafting and typing correspondence, including reports, letters, and transcriptions
Coordinating document signing via Docusign
Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining filing systems
Ordering office supplies and refreshments
Recording staff holidays and maintaining the holiday calendar
Coordinating IT maintenance with external providers
Requirements:
Excellent spelling, grammar, and typing skills, including Dictaphone transcription
Professional, confident, and articulate manner
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Openness to adopting new technologies, including AI integration into office systems
