Senior Administrator

• Create compelling marketing materials including brochures and digital content
• Manage and update property listings across websites, portals, and CRM systems
• Plan and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms
• Prepare and process tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and client correspondence
• Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and buyers
• Generate and issue invoices promptly
• Assist with supplier and contractor payment setups
• Maintain accurate financial records and expense tracking
• Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organised workspace
• Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting room schedules
• Oversee general office upkeep and liaise with maintenance providers
• Provide diary management and travel booking support to senior team members
• Draft and proofread correspondence and reports for Directors
• Occasional travel to other offices as required

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with PA duties
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with property CRM systems (desirable)
• Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle
