Senior Administrator role in the Front Office department at Soaring Health, an award-winning allied health care centre with clinics throughout Melbourne. The role involves client engagement, financial administration, compliance, and supporting clinic operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to every client, in person and over the phone
Coordinate bookings, cancellations and reschedules with sensitivity to client needs
Oversee invoicing, payment follow-up, and financial accuracy
Maintain document control and ensure ongoing compliance
Provide leadership support and step in for Clinic Managers as needed
Handle confidential information with care and integrity
Support the clinic team by ensuring smooth operations and a comfortable environment
General clinic housekeeping duties (stock replenishment, general cleaning)
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and document control
Strong financial administration skills, including invoicing and following up outstanding payments
A reliable and positive attitude, with the ability to engage clients effectively
