Delighted to be partnering with a Peterborough based client to recruit a Senior Administrator for an initial 3 month period, to come in and hit the ground running. The role will be supporting the business through a period of change, assisting with the preparation and organisation of documentation for a regulatory process. You do not need to have prior regulatory experience but you will be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a large volume of documentation accurately and efficiently. The roles will be fully office-based. The ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience supporting senior stakeholders or project teams. Excellent organisational and project coordination skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. High levels of IT literacy and confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and document quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and maintain confidentiality. A proven track record. Ability to start within a few weeks. Key responsibilities include supporting the preparation and organisation of documents, coordinating information requests across internal stakeholders, maintaining project trackers, action logs and document registers, organising electronic filing systems and ensuring robust version control, drafting, formatting and proofreading documentation, scheduling meetings, recording actions and following up on outstanding items, and providing general executive and administrative support to the project team.
