We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pension administrator to manage essential daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all regulations. As part of our team, you will manage and distribute documents for our Edinburgh office, ensuring seamless communication and operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage essential daily administrative tasks
  • Set up new business applications
  • Prepare important correspondence for all clients
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic records
  • Manage bank balance reconciliations
  • Create invoices
  • Handle payroll
  • Ensure compliance with VAT and tax relief processes
  • Build strong relationships with partners

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience within a pensions environment
  • Experience within SIPP and SSAS preferable
  • Knowledge from within the financial services sector
  • Experience of having worked within an independent trustee or investment management environment
  • Excel - create spreadsheets, use of basic formulae
  • Word - create and format documents to a high standard
  • Outlook – utilisation of emails
  • Familiarisation of Delta’s Platinum and Report~Pro systems
  • Familiarisation of Bank of Scotland’s iSite and Corporate Banking Online platforms
  • Familiarisation of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Familiarisation of volume by Watermark Technologies
