We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team near St Katherine Docks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to verify the accuracy of invoices and statements from manning agents
  • Address inconsistencies regarding monthly invoices
  • Review monthly operating expense reports to ensure alignment with budgets
  • Maintain records and participate in monthly/quarterly meetings
  • Check vendor statements to ensure timely and error-free invoice processing
  • Monitor expenses and manage relevant documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the shipping/marine industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Sharp analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Background in administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
