Job Description:

A leading provider of comprehensive electrical, mechanical, security, and foodservice equipment services in the UK's construction industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and L&D Advisor to assess and deliver training needs
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and manage course bookings
  • Oversee CSCS card applications and maintain training records on HRIS and LMS
  • Act as the go-to person for all training-related inquiries within your business areas
  • Coordinate the appraisal process and apprentice progression reviews
  • Support the development of future training and development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development/Training functions, ideally in the construction industry
  • Strong administrative skills in a busy environment
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems and Learning Management tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice to have:

CIPD Learning & Development Foundation Certificate/Diploma level 3 or equivalent
