Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to leadership and departmental teams. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Job Responsibility
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managers, and internal teams
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors
Assist with office operations, supply management, and process coordination
Track deadlines, priorities, and special projects to support team efficiency
Support event planning, meeting logistics, and internal communications
Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Requirements
3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a senior-level or high-volume environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Experience supporting senior leadership or multiple departments preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced office environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate administrative needs
