Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to leadership and departmental teams. Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managers, and internal teams
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors
  • Assist with office operations, supply management, and process coordination
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and special projects to support team efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a senior-level or high-volume environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or multiple departments preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced office environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate administrative needs
