Our client in the nonprofit sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced support to leadership and help drive the organization’s mission forward. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leveraging your expertise in managing complex administrative functions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, grant documents, reports, and presentations
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain confidential organizational records, databases, and filing systems
Support donor relations, event planning, and project coordination efforts
Mentor and assist junior administrative team members
Assist with onboarding, training, and office procedures
Process invoices, track expenses, and help with basic budget monitoring
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Execute special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in senior administrative support, preferably within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
knowledge of donor management software a plus
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
High school diploma required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
