Job Description

Our client in the nonprofit sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced support to leadership and help drive the organization’s mission forward. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leveraging your expertise in managing complex administrative functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, grant documents, reports, and presentations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential organizational records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support donor relations, event planning, and project coordination efforts
  • Mentor and assist junior administrative team members
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and office procedures
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and help with basic budget monitoring
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Execute special projects and additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior administrative support, preferably within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of donor management software a plus
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • High school diploma required
  • associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
