Our client, a leading organization in the property management sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an accomplished professional with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to supporting operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior property management executives and teams
Manage complex calendars, facilitate communications, and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and onsite events
Prepare and edit lease agreements, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management processes
Maintain confidential records, organize legal and compliance documentation, and track contract deadlines
Support property management processes such as tenant correspondence, invoice tracking, and maintenance requests
Assist with onboarding new team members and manage internal workflows to enhance productivity
Utilize industry-standard software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and property management platforms
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience
At least 1 year supporting senior leaders, preferably within property management or real estate
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and professional discretion managing sensitive information
Adaptability, initiative, and outstanding organizational skills are essential
