Our client, a well-established organization in the property management industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide high-level administrative assistance to leadership and office teams. Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to senior leaders and property management teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and office documentation
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal departments
Assist with vendor coordination, contract tracking, and invoice processing
Support property operations by helping organize maintenance requests, work orders, and service follow-up
Coordinate meetings, events, and office communications
Monitor office supplies and help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

Familiarity with property management software or related systems
Experience working with vendors, tenant communications, and operational documentation
