Robert Half is partnering with a growing wealth management firm seeking a polished and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Job Responsibility
Provide high-level administrative support to advisors and leadership team members
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare and edit client correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documents
Coordinate client meetings, onboarding materials, and follow-up communications
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
Assist with account paperwork, compliance documentation, and operational processes
Screen calls, manage incoming communications, and act as a professional point of contact for clients
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event logistics
Support office operations, vendor coordination, and special projects as needed
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and client information
Requirements
5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably within wealth management, financial services, banking, or professional services
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar platforms preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Professional demeanor with exceptional client service skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
