Supports the Chief Franchising Officer for the US & Canada. Performs administrative functions in support of achieving the Owner & Franchise Services (OFS) objectives for the US & Canada continent. Work is generally varied and administrative or project oriented in support of entire franchise portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Franchising Officer and two Senior Vice Presidents
Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the OFS leadership team
Organize and support internal and external meetings
Prepare and distribute executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior executives
Process expense reports, accounts payable, payroll, and personnel data using automated systems
Investigate and resolve complex questions related to policies, procedures, and departmental processes
Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations
Oversee office operations
Support collaboration across U.S. and Canada disciplines and departments
Lead or assist with special projects, onboarding/offboarding associates, office moves, and other administrative tasks
Act as a thought partner to leaders on priorities and workflows
Support onboarding, engagement, and team communications
Support leadership team in all aspects related to Advisory Board needs
Executes operational support for franchise projects and special needs
Requirements:
5 or more years administrative experience
Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player
Must demonstrate ability to work independently, using sound judgment in decision making and discretion when handling confidential matters
Experience supporting a senior level executive
Knowledge of advanced functions of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with automation or digital tools adoption (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, Co-Pilot)
