Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant with Administrative Responsibilities to manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of IFRS, and the ability to handle both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS standards
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
  • Handle general office administration and documentation
  • Maintain contracts, invoices, and financial records filing systems
  • Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and government authorities
  • Assist management with reports, schedules, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Have a very good track of the meetings with the different stakeholders and updating the Finance management on a timely basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
