Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity at our Maidstone Campus for an experienced and interactive Campus Administration and Exams support on a full time, term time only plus 4 weeks, permanent basis.

Requirements:

  • To oversee and manage administrative processes and tasks appropriately, efficiently and effectively, including support to the Senior Team, and teachers where required
  • Line management and / or supervision of school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness and deliver a team culture of continual improvement
  • To ensure high standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the campus and advise upon the most effective use of resources in delivering the campus objectives
  • Oversee the administration of financial processes and payroll for the campus in conjunction with the Campus Principal
  • Responsible for the production of management information, data and ICT, and HR administration of the campus
  • To support the duties of the Examinations Officer for the campus
  • Behave and communicate in a professional, positive manner always setting an appropriate example to other staff and students
  • Have experience in using database applications including Bromcom (training can be provided)
