We have a fantastic opportunity at our Maidstone Campus for an experienced and interactive Campus Administration and Exams support on a full time, term time only plus 4 weeks, permanent basis.
Requirements:
To oversee and manage administrative processes and tasks appropriately, efficiently and effectively, including support to the Senior Team, and teachers where required
Line management and / or supervision of school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness and deliver a team culture of continual improvement
To ensure high standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the campus and advise upon the most effective use of resources in delivering the campus objectives
Oversee the administration of financial processes and payroll for the campus in conjunction with the Campus Principal
Responsible for the production of management information, data and ICT, and HR administration of the campus
To support the duties of the Examinations Officer for the campus
Behave and communicate in a professional, positive manner always setting an appropriate example to other staff and students
Have experience in using database applications including Bromcom (training can be provided)
