Senior Administration Coordinator | Global Financial Services Location: Sydney, CBD Contract: 9-Month Maternity Leave Cover Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Start Date: Early June 2026 Randstad is proud to partner with a global leader in financial services to recruit a Senior Administration Coordinator. Reporting directly to a Senior Director, you will be the engine room of the office, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. The Role As the core component of our office, your responsibilities will be diverse and high-impact. You will manage: Executive Support: Managing complex diaries and coordinating high-level meetings for the leadership team. Facilities & Security: Oversee daily facility operations and manage building security access protocols. Financial Administration: Process team expenses and conduct regular audits of internal software and subscriptions. Event & Logistics Management: Lead the planning of internal events, including catering coordination and end-to-end logistical support. Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service excellence. Your Experience We are looking for a highly organized professional who brings a 'no task too big or small' attitude. To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Administration, Front of House, Reception, or EA roles. Immense attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities without breaking a sweat. Professionalism and polish in both written and verbal interactions.
