Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Senior Admin/Office Manager to support daily office operations in a fast-paced professional environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day office operations
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors
Assist with basic IT/equipment setup and troubleshooting
Coordinate office events and employee engagement activities
Support facilities projects, including an upcoming office relocation
Requirements
Previous office management or administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a professional office setting
