Our client is seeking a senior actuarial contractor to join its Capital Oversight Team where you will have the opportunity to influence market‑wide capital standards, lead major review activity and contribute to the strategic roadmap of the team. A fantastic opportunity to make a splash within the London Market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently review syndicate-level capital requirements across key risk areas: premium, reserve, market, credit, operational
  • Lead on annual capital reviews, major model change assessments, deep dives, governance reviews and IMAP applications
  • Influence market‑wide capital standards
  • Lead major review activity
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the team

Requirements:

  • Qualified GI actuary
  • Extensive London market experience
  • Strong background in capital
  • Knowledge of actuarial techniques and Solvency II
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen analytical and problem-solving abilities
