Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of strategic business initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • 3+ years of actuarial experience in non-life insurance
  • High proficiency in MS Office suites
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and oral)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A fast learner, problem-solver, and team player
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity and flexibility to handle various ad-hoc tasks
