Senior Active Directory/Exchange Specialist

• Manage and administer enterprise Active Directory (AD), Exchange, ADAM, and the Global Address List (GAL)
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, account administration, and operational support
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate Tier II Remedy/ITSM tickets
• Conduct server administration tasks across Windows Server environments
• Support virtualization, event monitoring, and directory/messaging service operations

• 10+ years of professional IT experience (school, military, and side projects may count toward total experience)
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting: Active Directory
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting: Exchange
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting: Windows Server environments
• IAT Level III (3) certification
• Acceptable certifications include: CCNP Security, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
• Active Top Secret clearance

• Prior Marine Corps or military experience
• Additional technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)
