Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support a busy finance team on a contract basis. This role will focus on AR operations, collections, reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate cash application.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing, billing, and cash application
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to address billing and payment issues
  • Support month-end close activities related to AR
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
  • Assist with reporting and analysis related to receivables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliations
  • Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
