Job Description:

Robert Half's Full-Time Engagement Practice is looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team! This full-time opportunity provides the security of permanent employment while allowing you to work on exciting and diverse projects across various industries.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee full-cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, and payment approvals
Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Lead AP process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Prepare accurate and timely reports, including aging analysis and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, such as SOX
Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
5+ years of accounts payable experience, with senior-level responsibilities
Strong proficiency in accounts payable software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to handle high volumes and complex AP transactions with accuracy
