A membership-based professional organisation based in central Auckland is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator - part time to be part of their close knit team. This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 24 hours per week. Hours may be worked across five days, or three days (with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) being mandatory. This is a varied, hands-on role providing administrative and financial support, assisting the membership team, and engaging directly with members. You will be highly organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Finance & Accounting Support – Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll processing
Membership Support – Engage with members, manage inquiries, assist with renewals, and ensure smooth membership processes
