Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist

• Ensure the integrity and timeliness of all financial statements, preparing consolidated reports for the company and statutory reports for local authorities in full compliance with IFRS and local accounting principles
• Take full ownership of the month-end close, from managing the revenue recognition methodology to analyzing actual results against forecasts and providing insightful commentary on key movements
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that any discrepancies are resolved promptly and accurately to maintain a clean balance sheet
• Design and implement robust internal controls to protect the company’s assets
• Serve as a key liaison, fostering continuous engagement with critical partners and external auditors

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Independent and reliable work approach with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Open-minded, proactive and responsible personality
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with emphasis on Accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting and controlling processes
• IFRS knowledge
• Fluency in English is required
