Job Description

The accounting function at Aiven has headroom to move faster, reduce manual effort, and produce better insight. You will be the primary owner of Accounts Receivable at Aiven, and a driving force behind the broader transformation of our accounting operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Own Accounts Receivable end to end
  • Automate before you execute
  • Be the transformation engine inside accounting
  • Own group accounting for AR
  • Support the general ledger
  • Drive process documentation and standardization
  • Collaborate across Finance and the business

Requirements

  • AI tools experience in accounting workflow
  • relevant degree in accounting or finance
  • solid hands-on experience owning an AR function
  • working knowledge of Finnish GAAP, Finnish tax law, and compliance obligations for Finnish parent company
  • experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
  • full professional proficiency in English
