Senior Accounting Manager

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
• Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate successful audits
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that align with strategic objectives
• Offer recommendations on investment appraisals, product pricing, and profitability analysis
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in coordination with operations and FP&A teams
• Evaluate financial performance against established metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Mentor and guide finance team members, fostering attention to detail and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management
• Expertise in financial statement audits and account reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and inventory accounting
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and develop teams

Familiarity with manufacturing industry financial practices is preferred
