Job Responsibility:
Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for multiple entities
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, related notes, and management reports
Perform advanced financial analyses: actual vs. budget/forecast variance analyses, trend analyses, margin and profitability analyses
Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and cost optimization opportunities
Prepare ad hoc analyses and financial presentations for senior management
Collaborate with FP&A teams to ensure consistency between accounting results and financial forecasts
Participate in compliance processes and control documentation
Participate in the implementation, optimization, or upgrade of financial systems and ERP
Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tools (dashboards, analytical models, automated reports)
Agir comme référence technique pour les questions comptables complexes au sein de l’équipe
Requirements:
Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA certification or equivalent, a major asset
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
