Job Responsibility:
Lead accounting projects at client sites, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations
Manage general ledger activities, ensure detailed and accurate records, and identify process improvement opportunities
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and other core financial functions as needed
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company/client policies, supporting audit and tax engagements
Collaborate with client teams to resolve complex accounting issues and deliver high-quality solutions
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in varied business environments
Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting principles
Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in new environments and work independently or as part of a team
