Senior Accountant

• Direct daily accounting operations, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and financial data remains current and reliable
• Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and complete detailed account and bank reconciliations while investigating and correcting variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with management reports that highlight trends, risks, and performance drivers
• Administer payroll processing and related reconciliations, while ensuring payroll tax filings and reporting obligations are completed correctly and on time
• Support changes in payroll providers by coordinating payroll system integrations and helping maintain continuity and accuracy throughout the transition
• Work with external accounting and tax advisors on year-end activities, tax preparation support, sales tax filings, and audit documentation requests
• Maintain fixed asset records, track depreciation schedules, assist with inventory-related accounting, and help establish strong internal controls and accounting procedures
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and credit-related documentation while contributing to broader process improvement initiatives across the organization

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple departments
