Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing full-cycle accounting processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish and proficiency with NetSuite.

Job Responsibility:

Manage month-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Oversee general ledger activities and maintain financial records
Prepare and post journal entries, verifying accuracy and compliance
Perform account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial operations and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide support during audits and assist with documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle accounting
Proficiency in NetSuite and other accounting software
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Ability to manage month-end close processes independently
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
