Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a 6-month contract engagement with a growing SaaS organization based in Denver. This role will support core accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting, with heavy utilization of NetSuite.

Job Responsibility:

Support month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Maintain general ledger accuracy in NetSuite
Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
Assist with revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606
Support audit requests and documentation (internal and external)
Collaborate with FP&A and other cross-functional teams as needed
Identify and implement process improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Requirements:

5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong NetSuite experience required
SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of GAAP
ASC 606 experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred

Nice to have:

ASC 606 experience a plus
