Robert Half is seeking a talented Senior Accountant with Dockmaster software experience to join our client in Everett, WA on a contract assignment. In this role, you will manage advanced accounting operations and play a critical part in financial reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review
Utilize Dockmaster software for accounting functions and reporting
Lead account reconciliations and variance analysis
Support annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
Mentor staff accountants and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of senior-level accounting experience
Experience with Dockmaster software required
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting software
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
