Job Responsibility:

Facilitate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all financial reporting activities
Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives within the financial reporting process, leveraging technology where applicable
Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests, delivering insightful financial analysis to assist decision-making at the senior management level
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support external audits, internal controls, and continuous process improvements in financial reporting procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Prior or current experience in public accounting is highly valued
